1 banana, frozen
1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp honey (optional)
Toppings of your choice (such as granola, nuts, seeds, fruit)
In a blender, combine the banana, frozen berries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder and honey (if using) Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Pour the smoothie into a bowl or glass.
Add toppings of your choice, such as granola, nuts, seeds, or fresh fruit. Serve immediately and enjoy!
